It's thus susceptible to become stuck on socks and shoes and could not navigate through rooms with a lot of people well during our tests. Also, it doesn't have a camera that would let it see the corners of an area.

Still, it's very good, especially if you want to save money on an Roomba from iRobot and have a mostly bare-floor home or office. Additionally, it's quiet and can work while you're at work or school. The only thing it doesn't have that you won't find in the pricier iRobot Roomba X30 is edge-to-edge vacuuming on bare floors. And it's less effective at mopping, as it relies on disposable wet wipes that don't stay on very well and can't take on dried-on debris. The Q5 does have self-emptying docks, however. If you want to change the mopping pad to dry ones in just a few minutes.

2. iRobot Roomba

The iRobot Roomba X30 is a compact, sleek vacuum cleaner that can also sweep floors. The latest model from iRobot is among the most intelligent model, with features that are cutting-edge like Enhanced Dirt Detection Technology as well as future compatibility with Matter (another company's robot that can wash its own mop pads).

It's the only robot cleaner vacuum/mop that scored 100% in our testing due to a mix of high-tech sensors that include cameras, a structured lighting system, and multiple lasers.
