The Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking to buy a robot vacuum that also mop, this is the model you should go for. It's smaller than other models on this list, making it easier to maneuver into tight corners and underneath furniture. It uses a 220 degree lidar, which when combined with its 3D Matrix camera system gives it the best navigation and obstacle avoidance I've ever seen in a robotic vacuum. It packs a powerful 4600mAh battery which lasts up to 170-minutes if mopping and suction are set to standard mode (it can last longer in turbo). It will even return to the dock to replenish its battery midway through cleaning.

It is very quick and does a great job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It cleans the carpeted rooms extremely quickly and the hardwood floors in the hallways, and living room in one go. The suction motor's 8,000pa makes short work of picking up dirt, crumbs, and pet hair. Carpet detection increases power automatically when it comes in contact with carpets and the two side brushes help pull out debris from corners.

The mopping performance is a little less impressive, but not by much. The mop's rotating mechanism spins fast and utilizes 2.2lbs to clean dirt and stains. I've noticed that the front arm sticks out a little more than other robots. This is helpful when getting into tight corners or on baseboards. The front arms can also be used to pick up larger debris such as books and toys that have been damaged.

The S1 Pro is also one of the quietest robot mop and vacuums I've used. It doesn't produce as loud of a sound while vacuuming or mopping and is quieter than the Narwal Freo X Ultra or RoboRock S7. The only downside is that the S1 Pro must use a specific cleaning solution to perform mopping, and is separate from the vacuum. It's simple to set up and performs well however this is something you'll have to be aware of in case you're purchasing this vacuum for the sole purpose of it mopping.

The Roborock Q Revo

The Q Revo is different from other robot vacuums in its class. It is equipped with a broad array of features that make it an ideal option for homeowners looking for an extremely efficient, flexible and adaptable cleaning machine.

The device is equipped with an efficient cleaning system that integrates LiDAR sensor technology with an RGB camera. This allows it to map out the house and also find furniture and other obstacles. The Yiko X1 Omni

The X1 Omni robot vacuum is the most expensive of our review. It does however, have distinct features that make it worth considering. The X1 Omni's main draw is its enormous dock which doubles as the robot's charging base and the housing for two water tanks, a cleaning sink and a 2.5-liter dust bin that automatically empties.

The base also has a variety of control buttons that allow you to start a cleaning task and then recall the robot or start the dock's auto-emptying process. Hold down two buttons to turn off the child lock. This is a nice feature for parents worried about their kids messing around with the vacuum.

The Omni Omni like other robotic vacuums, utilizes its camera to spot obstacles and furniture in its path. It will steer clear of them. True Mapping 2.0 navigation maps your home up to four times faster than laser detection systems.

This can cause the X1 to become stuck when it gets entangled in a blockage, such as a power cable draped over a rug. It will not work until you manually untangle it. Although this is not a common occurrence, it was a frustrating experience when it happened particularly since the X1 Omni doesn't have a "stuck" status alert in its app.

The X1 Omni is unable to automatically switch from mopping mode to vacuuming mode during the cleaning process. You will have to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't too bad however, the mopping pad isn't washed or dried between uses. This can lead to mildew and mold.

The X1 Omni looks great, thanks to the Jacob Jensen design team (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who designed its sleek, modern base and mopping pad. It's a huge departure from the utilitarian all-black bases of competitors like Roborock or iRobot. It's also an excellent choice for an industry dominated by boxy units.
